$152 million at a $1.35 billion post-money valuation is the number that just made Humanoid — the London company legally registered as SKL Robotics Ltd. — the first pure-play humanoid-robotics unicorn headquartered in Europe. The Series A, announced July 21, 2026, was led by Prime Movers Lab, an early backer of Figure AI, with participation from Schaeffler, Bosch, Fubon FHVC, and Bernard Arnault's Aglaé Ventures. It brings the company's total capital raised since its May 2024 founding to roughly $270 million. KinetIQ: The Actual Differentiator
Hardware specs converge across this sector; software is where the thesis lives. Humanoid's is KinetIQ, a four-layer framework introduced February 2026 that runs a single cross-embodiment model across both the wheeled and bipedal platforms at once:
